花生莲藕汤
材料:
莲藕2节
猪骨
花生
红枣
杞子
玉竹
干瑶柱
做法:
1. 将花生泡入盐水3个小时。
2. 将泡好的花生和所有材料放入锅里加水煮滚,然后用小火煲5个小时。
