苦瓜焖鸡
材料:
苦瓜切条
鸡腿切块
姜片
一大匙豆酱
蚝油,绍兴酒,糖。
做法:
1)苦瓜用盐水浸大概半小时.
2)放少许油爆香姜片,放入一大匙豆酱炒香,加入鸡腿肉,苦瓜,蚝油炒匀。
3)加入适量的水,一小匙绍兴酒和一小匙的糖调味,加盖焖至鸡肉和苦瓜够软。
