姜酒黑木耳鸡
材料:
鸡肉块 600克
黑木耳 适量
姜片
绍兴酒 两大匙
鸡粉,生抽调味
做法:
1.鸡肉洗净滤干,黑木耳浸泡后切小块(大小随意)。
2.热锅,倒入少许麻油,加入姜片爆香,然后加入鸡肉和黑木耳,翻炒。
3.鸡肉半熟时,加入绍兴酒和调味料,再炒一炒,加入少许水,盖锅焖煮至熟,起锅就行了。
