猪脚醋
材料:
姜一大块
猪脚 0.5kg, 鸡蛋
黑醋
糖
老抽
做法:
鸡蛋烫熟去壳。
猪脚放进沸水, 等水滚以后立刻捞上来。
热锅,不用放油,然后放入姜片炒一下。
加入猪脚,黑醋(淹过猪脚50% 就可以),水,鸡蛋,糖,老抽调味。 焖煮大概 1-1.5 小时
